Our Role:

The team was appointed to take below supply chain quality control activities for the EPC client:

• Among Pre-production inspections, total 11 defects findings for improvement(equipment status, good rework process management etc.)  before mass manufacturing,  

• Among routine inline inspection, the conformity of BOM (bill of material) between actual used and authorized as well as the corrective actions in pre-production stage were cross-checked.

• Among Pre-dispatch inspection, random samples further picked for output power checking and cell micro-cracks examination.
